University Cafe 2012

About Sunday Street at the University Cafe
The Sunday Street Acoustic Series presents nationally-touring artists in the intimate setting of The University Caf, a first-class listening room located on the Stony Brook University campus.

Among the many artists who have appeared in the series during its four years are:
Fairport Convention, The Acoustic Strawbs, The Kennedys, Eric Andersen, John Wesley Harding, Suzzy and Maggie Roche, Lynn Miles, Garnet Rogers, Ellis Paul, Fred Eaglesmith, Tom Russell and Garland Jeffreys.

The series is produced and hosted by Charlie Backfish, whose Sunday Street Program on WUSB-FM (90.1fm and www.wusb.fm) on Sunday mornings from 9 AM until 11:30 AM is now in its thirtieth year and features on-air conversation and performances by many of the artists who appear at the Cafe.
